Hey! First off before others jump on your case harshly, you are only 14 and really shouldn't be on this site but rather consolting your parents or your doctor. The best advice I can give you is eat a balanced diet of carbs, fats, and protein but don't not fixate on calories or weight in general unless your doctor tells you to be more mindful. Just slam in those fruits and veggies and continue to avoid those junky foods. Some kids are naturally slim and that is perfectly normal. Also, talk to your mother specifically and open up to her about how you don't want to eat processed junk anymore and want to focus on eating better to set good habits for the future. Just eat healthily and live an active lifestyle. That's all you can do at that age! You are also still going through puberty so who knows what will end up changing, haha :flowerforyou:
P.S To answer your water question, try different types of water like spring, distilled, purified, drinking, or RO water. You will find what you like in time but nothing can replace water! Hydration is vital to your health.0 -
Lots of protein, read more on bodybuilding sites. Stay healthy, I have an active son and he is very skinny (only 8 years old) With the right eating plan you should be able to fill out, give it time. Good luck!0

Ditto what ArtGeek22 said, you're really too young for this site kiddo.
1. Focus on being healthy, not a number on a scale.
2. Let puberty hit you with all its awesomeness.
3. If Mom isn't supportive talk to Dad or G-ma about helping you pack some food to take to Mom's house.
4. If you don't like water flavor it w/ fruits.
-Lemon
-Strawberries
-Cucumber
I'm not saying this b/c of those "add this + water = lose weight/focus/run fast" BS, it literally helped me drink more water.0
