Does anyone have any recommendation for dvds that aren't too intense but you still get a good calorie burn, a 100 or more. I've been doing basic workouts on my own with dumbbells for arms and ab workouts for 20 - 30 min a day but its not a good of enough burn. I would do Pilates or yoga but my foot just wont allow me to stay in poses for too long. A lot of the dvds I found like Jillian and Leslie involve jumping so I can't do those.

I'm recovering from an ankle injury and do Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred every day, I simply modify or substitute some moves for others.0

Jessica smith has a few low impact DVD's. Jane Fonda ha her Prime time videos designed for seniors but I enjoy doing them because it is at a gentle pace and low impact. Finally biggest loser power walk was a good starting video for me0
