Trouble Keeping up with the Pace

I recently started the Focus T-25 workout program. I started the Alpha set, doing the exercises as the calender tells me to. Anyways! My concern is when I start to get fatigued, I get extremely "sloppy" and uncoordinated. I can't keep my form and I feel like maybe I'm just doing something wrong?? Idk!
Does anyone else get this way?? Is there any way I can prevent this "loss of power/momentum"??
I really enjoy the workouts and I'm going to keep doing them, but I feel like I can't possibly be getting the full benefits of the workout when I'm stumbling around all uncoordinated halfway through!

get fitter. you do that by sticking with it and if you need to slow down to keep correct form then do that.

Hi I'm currently doing Insanity so I can relate totally. What I do is make sure I eat a nice hardy breakfast about an hour or two before my workout. Don't burn yourself out going insane trying to keep up the first 5 minutes. Go at a pace that you can keep your form but still challenge yourself. Don't try to keep up with them! They are professionals who have done this program before! Take your time and do your best. It's about improving YOU and building YOUR endurance. Everyone starts somewhere :)

I probably should slow down a little, but it's hard to slow down when the perk of the whole routine is it's only 25 minutes. I'm pushing it to even fit that much into my day! I will definitely have to try having a better breakfast beforehand. Like I said, I just started this program and I'm so pumped about it. It's just hard to stay motivated when I'm feeling like I can't keep up. Afterwards, I feel awesome and I'm glad I worked out, but holy ****! The loss of energy right in the middle of the workout just kills my vibe!

Well keep going at it and eventually you'll build up the endurance to where you can complete the workout how you'd like :) Your body adjusts fairly quickly and you'll be amazed by your progress in a week or two
