Has anyone else tried this before, it is so good! I'm not vegan, but I attempted to make this the other day.

I used fresh mango instead of strawberries, but I'm sure strawberries would taste great>

Good Lord that looks heavenly. Any idea of the calorie count or did I just miss it on the recipe...the thought of piecing it out makes me lazy...

High in fat, but it's the tasty good kind. Makes me think you could use an avocado in this too.

I never thought of avocado, but I have made avocado chocolate pudding before. I don't know the calorie count, this is something I eat very rarely, so it's not a big deal to me. I've bought it from a health food store before, and I believe one slice was in the mid 300's, but I'll find out for you. I've also tried an almond butter chocolate ganache tart, it is addicting.

I made one very similar and it is also ridiculously good. The recipe I have is about 600 cals per 1/12 of the recipe so that was a bit of a downer though. Another excellent raw dessert is raw brownies and it is much lower in calories per serving. I think the website was Nourishwithin.com.
