I am seeing this in several different recipes and on food diaries. Sorry if this is lame~~but what is it?

    it's peanut butter without all the oil -- powdered peanut butter. i love it for a low cal replacement of the real stuff!

    45 calories for 2 TBSP of chocolate PB2. Yeah baby! Wonderful to mix into Smoothies for an extra protein kick and peanut butter fix.

    Similar, but plain PB2 has added sugar and salt; presumably the chocolate flavor also adds chocolate, possibly other stuff, but I only have the plain kind, so I can't check the label.

    Cool. I have been keeping an eye out for peanut flour. Never seen any....wonder if i could sub this in

    Thank you all for being so helpful and including a picture! Love mixing my food options up, so now I have a new alternative. Amazon is my next stop.
