Everything is better with friends!

Hello potential new friends! My name is Sara and I officially started my weight loss journey on July 1st. I unofficially started it a couple of weeks before. But as of the first I decided that my diet needed to change, not just my portion sizes or my exercise habits. So rather than have the kids meal like I did on the first, I opted for bananas and strawberries for lunch today. My calorie intake was very low, but healthy. I had quinoa and veggies for dinner, so that boosted it up a bit.

Who cares....... enough about food, because now i'm hungry again! Sigh.

I currently weigh 238 and would like to weigh 160. I was at my most comfortable then. I don't hate my body. I am a very body positive person. But, I am in pain all of the time and I just want to be healthier.
