How to post blogs

Can anyone explain this to me? I want to start posting blogs. Thanks!

    Go to MY HOME tab > My Blog > on the right hand column ''Add Post".

    Options
    From 'My Home' click on 'My Blog' in the menu along the top. This will load your blog. Then click 'Add Post' on the right-hand side. This will allow you to create blog entries.

    If you wish to change whether your blog is public or private, use the 'Preferences' option on the right-hand side of your blog where you can change who it gets published to along with the colours and title of your blog.
