Low Fat Roasted Apple and Acorn Squash Soup

Hey guys! I made this last night and it was delicious! I recommend serving it as a side rather than the main course because we thought a whole soup bowl was a little much. I also added 2 tbsp of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg. Try it and tell me what you think! The calories are listed at the bottom of the page - 145 calories per 1/4 recipe. Not bad!
