Hi everyone!
In the last 3,5 months I went from 77kg to 65kg. My goal weight was anywhere between 60-65 kg. (132-143 lbs) Because this was a healthy BMI.
I used to be scale obsessed in the beginning and now i weigh in 1-2/week, wich is still a lot.
I do notice that i lost inches, my clothes got too large, and i feel and look better. And i think i'm ready to ditch the scale.. I don't know my BF% but i can see that i still have quite a bit of fat on the bottom of my arms and stomach.
But i'm going to start lifting next week (SL 5x5).
Right now I'm at 1600 calories. My BMR from some website said 1501 and scoobyworkshop.com says 1645
Sooo.. What should i do..? Up my calories? My maintenance calories are 2550 according to schoobyworkshop.com.
Is that even correct? I'm 165 cm (5.41338583 feet (5 feet 461⁄64 inches) according to google) And 20 y.o. I currently weigh 65kg (143 lbs)
So i'm not sure about the whole calorie thing and what to do next. Any advice, anyone?

Do you want to hit goal weight at full steam, or do you want to slide into it so slowly you probably won't notice that you're there?
You're only 2.5kg from goal weight, that's not a lot, but do you want to get there in the next month, or in the next 3 months? The choice is yours. Congratulations on being almost at goal! I'm envious.0 -
