Hi my name is Amy, I'm kinda of new to My FitnessPal.com...I had started this site 6 months ago but had stop loggin to the site which then I wasn't serious of losing weight but now i'm really serious about losing weight now im back. I had started my diet 8 weeks ago and lost 29lbs so far, by eating high protein, eating veggies, drinking plenty of water, exercising and staying from bad carbs and sweets.
