body weight exercises

Hi
I go on hols in a few weeks and my current regime is lifting, very little cardio. I could do with a little help in trying to put a simple plan into place, just for a week so I can keep this up without any equipment. (I use barbells/dumb-bells)
I alternate an A/B plan at the moment and my brain has just gone to sleep trying to think of anything else other than press-ups or dips. Forget pull-ups, I'd need help from a digger with those at the mo!! just simple exercise to help major muscle groups, that's all.

A week off won't hurt. But push ups, dips, inverted rows (Australian pull ups) squats, lunges or some of the single leg squat variations.0

Bridges. Leg raises.0

Burpees.
They suck but are one of the best full body exercises out there.
Lots of others.. push ups, sit ups, crunches, lunches, squats, jumping jacks, leg raises. Tons to choose from.0
