do you mean to just make sure that i eat my exercise calories without fail every time? i know i dont aaalways do this as im usually to tired and just want bed, but if that will help?
I wouldn't look at it as eating exercise calories, check your settings. Do you have your profile on here set to lose 2 lbs a week? Maybe slow that down actually, so you're shooting for a more achievable goal. 1200 calories a day can put your body into starvation mode, causing it to retain every single calorie it can. If you eat 1400 or so, you may lose more because your body knows it won't starve.0
