I saw this on someones facebook status & thought I'd share it with everyone.

It really made me think when I read it. To lose weight you have to switch all your thinking around & do everything different.

    i recomend a book called" Mind over body" - THe Key to Lasting weight loss is all in your head - i'm reading it right now- and it's all about what you just posted here. Really great thoughts and practical advice in it..

    its so true.

    Now that I'm 4 months into 'healthy living" the way I view myself, my food and my body are totally different.

    I'm just as committed and motivated as day one which is so vital to ongoing success. I'm also over 30lbs lighter :)
