New to MFP... :)

Hi everyone, I'm new to MFP, and I mistakenly tried to follow slimming world at the same time but calorie count to make sure I wasn't eating too much pasta etc. I lost 4lbs in my first week last week
I'm currently 207lbs, and have lost a stone in the last month mainly down to exercise.
This week i'm not doing so well, I'm around the same, possibly 1lb heavier and I was a bit bad on Monday (long hospital appointments with my mum having some investigative tests) so we had pizza hut... I'm noticing I'm always up on my protein in my diary, but sometimes I don't hit fat or carbs. I did 1200 calories a day last week, with exercise most days too. I've literally this second just upped my calories to 1500 because of some of the threads on here, but I must admit I am so confused as to what would be the best thing to do.
I am finding I am hungry this week, whereas last week I wasn't. I ate a lot cleaner last week though.
