I've been on MFP for quite a while, then hit about 140 days logged, then I have taken about a 2-3 month hiatus due to my birthday, vacation, excuses, and more. I've went from 292 to 176, back to 195ish where I am at now. I am in the National Guard, and will be starting ROTC this fall (SMP), so I need to dial it in so I am prepared when school starts.
Feel free to add me, I am a fairly active and straight forward goal setter. I am not a 100% clean eater, but I eat sustain-ably. I have a passion for hating running, but I try to run more and more.
