Water intake in the summer

I don't know if any of you are doing any of the water drinking challenges right now, but please, be careful if you are. If you are drinking upwards of a gallon of water a day, exercising, and sweating more because of the heat, and on top of that, limiting your amount of salt intake, you are setting yourself up for a very dangerous situation. If you start to feel confused, dizzy, disoriented, heart palpitations, etc., please get some salt/potassium, and if it is severe, please seek medical attention.
