    Water.
  • No soda, no artificial sweeteners... so my options seem to be lots of water.. and then unsweetened tea (for caffeine!). Its been great and I feel amazing since giving up dt soda.

I drink water all day long, but I also like the Rockstar Sparking Energy Drinks, Cherry & Peach. I also drink the Sparkling Ice's, they have them in all types of flavors, Cocunut Pineapple, Strawberry Lemonade, Cherry Limeade, Pink Grapefruit, Lemonade (those are the one's I drink most often) but they have several other flavors that I don't drink.

I have a couple favorites: These are probably not zero calorie, but really close.

Water with plain, or with a lemon wedge , a few slices of cucumber, or a sliced strawberry & fresh basil.

Home brewed Iced Tea - unsweetened

Homemade carbonated water (I make it less fizzy than commercial pop, and drink it like my water choices above or sometimes with a tiny squeeze of Mio.

Hibiscus Tea - I love this stuff plain.

If you read lables you can find drink powders with no aspartame. Ocean spray and hawiian punch are two I can think of

    Unsweetened Iced Teas!

I LOVE Tazo Passion - I brew it by the pitcher and go through a couple of pitchers a week
    Mint Green is also good
    Plain Unsweetend
    Plain Green Unsweetened

I don't do any artificial sweeteners, I just don't like the taste, so herbal teas are always great.

    Coke Zero
    Coke Vanilla Zero
They barely taste difference than regular coke. Don't taste anything like Diet Coke to me

It isn't zero calorie but Diet Snapple (various flavors) is only 10 cals and I love it!

Vitamin Water Zero is pretty good. It is sweetened with Stevia.

I used to be a diet soda junkie until about 3 years ago then quit cold turkey amidst all the negative research regarding Aspartame and Splenda- and true, while weight loss is achieved through caloric deficit, there is data showing that some artificial sweeteners cause an increase in appetite which can make it difficult to control cravings.

Otherwise I stick to water, black coffee and unsweetened iced tea.

I've been drinking pretty much nothing but water for a long time, but I really enjoy a cup of tea with one pack of stevia some afternoons. My faves are Bigelow green tea with mango or pomegranate. The slight bit of caffeine is great for an afternoon boost and helps me kill the urge to snack more.

I make an herbal iced teal using a cinnamon stick, a big handful of mint (or a couple of mint tea bags if I don't have fresh), and a packet or two of stevia. Makes about a quart. It may not sound good, but it synergizes into something great and is very refreshing.

I drink way too much soda (diet) now. I don't think it has negative health effects, but it is not exactly a health drink either.

Black coffee is awesome. I take no milk, and when really hot I'll ice it with a small amount of sweetener.

I had a horrible time using clight and Mio (not the sports thing, not available here at the time) while working out so I stopped using those.

As for low-calorie drinks, I'm now also enjoying soda with a bit of lime, and occasionally V8.
