Train hard eat well seems to be working

Hi everyone, been reading the community section for the first time really and its really good to see what everyones thoughts are and their motivation. Im 34 and live in Leicester UK
Ive always been overweight not by loads but never within recomed BMI. This said ive always trained hard, i run, cycle, go to the gym and play football, (soccer for US folk lol) recently im back on my fitnes pal and in 3 weeks ive lost 6 pounds. This is purly to do with eating well and training 6 days a week sometimes 2-3 times a day. i really believe in moderation though and letting your hair down some days as i find 7 days a week counting calories can become to much.
What i need to do is keep it up and get to within my BMI but this is tough, and i do like a beer at the weekends. The world cup has been a distrasction but easier this time around with England going out so early lol. My second team USA were unlucky last night.
