    I *always* get the flatbread. Not for health reasons (I have no idea how it compares) but because I like it -- and I hate their other breads.

    Steak & egg, no cheese, lettuce, bell pepper, spinach, onion

    Egg & cheese, lettuce, bell pepper, spinach, cucumber

    I usually top either one with spicy brown mustard but once in awhile I'll get the chipotle sauce (kinda calorific).
