Not my goal weight yet but here's a picture on me on Christmas Day last year and one taken last month.
I'm still not where I want to be yet but happy with the progress :)

    It is very hard work and just by the expression on your face in the current pic, I can tell you feel a lot better about yourself (which you should!!!!).
