    About every other day or so. I forget sometimes but I always try to take the best care of my teeth.

    if I feel food stuck in my teeth after I eat, then I floss, this could be several times a day or none. I have a bag of those li'l floss thingies at work, one in the arm rest of my car, and another at home. like someone else said... I can't STAND the feel of food stuck between my teeth! plus it leads to cavities & gum disease.

    Once a day. I started flossing the day my dentist insisted on showing me what it looked like after he'd removed a large old filling that had cracked. I don't think he intended to scare me but it appeared to me that there was no tooth left, just a big gaping hole. Once the new gold filling was done everything looked fine but I'll never forget the shock of seeing what it looked like without the filling in place! And I was paying my dental bills by that time too :-)
