Anyone doing the Whole30 diet?

Read It Starts with Food and decided to try doing a Whole30 July.
Basically it's Meat, Veggies, Fruit, No sugar, No processed foods, No Grains, No Beans, No Peanuts, No dairy (except butter).... I was on a 80% vegan diet last year - eating a little parmesean or feta and an occasional bit of meat. I did well losing weight, but I noticed I was eating a ton of grains and beans and not as much fruit and veggies...
Anyone had any luck doing the Whole 30 diet? Did it really reset your palate? Did the weight jump back on as you reintroduced food groups?
