I'm starting my second year at a community college and need some ways to help me stay more active during an average college day.
I also need some workout exercises that do not require exercise equipment since I do not have access to exercise equipment or the money to enroll in a gym. If possible please suggest ones that are low impact on joints since my knees tend to be sore often.
