Calorie Books

I am trying to find books that have the calorie count of food for my mom. I would tell her to use my fitness pal but she does not have internet or a smart phone. So I though I would ask before I start reading a ton of reviews before I buy she books for her. She has a hernia that is causing her problems so she is not eating well, and she keeps telling me she is not eating much but is not losing weight, I don't know for sure I live 16 hours away. But I do know from the past she will eat small amounts of any unhealthy items, so I told her to track her calories, so I am looking for some calorie books I can send to her.
