What's worse: feeling like an idiot or feeling like a tool?

Just gave some remarks to a group of young employees and ended up feeling like I sounded like a tool so just wanted to share the pain and ask people which is worse?

That's a hard one...I think it depends on how much of a tool you were, otherwise feeling like an idiot feels worse to me.

I don't really worry much about either. If you worry about stuff like that you don't take chances and you get nowhere in life. Life without risk is nearly existing not enjoying0
