exercise routine

Well I jog about 2-3 miles daily but that's all I do. I'm not good with making exercise routines. Like should I lift weights or just do cardio exercises u.u I don't know

    I would definitely try to incorporate some strength training into your routine. Muscle burns more calories than fat.
