Hi I'm J and I'm a fat vegan

Hello fellow fitness pals.. i'm about to start my new (10,000th) diet (healthy eating regime).. I have about 30 to 35 kgs to lose so i have decided to give this site another try. I hope this time i will have more success. I have discovered on numerous occasions that i cant do this on my own, although i did at one stage lose 20kg only to put 10kg back on, i tend to shy away from forums and blogs but i figure that might be the motivational push i need so this post is step one... so next step start a blog and follow the forum lets see if i can atleast get that done.

    Feel free to add me. My first advice will stop dieting and adjust to a new eating lifestyle that's more balance. Now just need to create strong healthy habits to keep the weight off

    Hi J.. I'm a fat vegan too! You hear people saying they cut out meat and dairy and dropped all this weight but I didn't . Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying I am doing everything right. I don't know how to "add friends" but fell free to add me . I am new to site and to using forums too

    I have 30 to lose also....while I am not a vegan, I do relate to the experience of starting - losing - gaining back. It's the story of my life! I am starting yet again in the hopes that this time, I can really do it. I mean it's just 30...how hard could it be?
