stretching

I currently do 3 miles of fartlek training 5 days per week but I don't stretch. Is it necessary to stretch?

You should always stretch beforehand.0

Stretching isn't a necessity, however having a fuller ROM and flexibility are usually good advantages to have if you want to be fitter.
