I have been trying to eat little and often but i've hit a bit of a wall. I work in a desk job and i'm no where near a fridge. Could anyone give me some low fat/high protein snacks that I could have at my desk?
Thanks
Thanks

Maybe a protein shake or a protein bar (obviously check the ingredients as some are very sugary, quest bars are good). Beef jerky, tinned fish (though this can be smelly!), low fat hard cheese, hard boiled eggs0

Jerky is dried meat, you can buy it at any big supermarket (even in the UK). I like bacon jerky or the peppered beef0

I am the same I bought a lunch box called fridge to go It keeps my snack cold for up to 10 hours. I love it. Then that allows me to carry the cold snacks I enjoy. If I have no way of taking them then I do packs of Tuna, Beef Jerky, cans of vegetables, such as green beans etc0

Thank you! Will need to get myself one of those lunch boxes! x0
