Lacking consistency..Lets start

Current weight: 130 pounds
Goal weight: 110 pounds

One year ago I lost 8 pounds from 138 to 130 and now from a year I am stuck on this 130 pounds.
May b the reason behind it is lack of motivation and consistency. :indifferent:

Because at some point feels why to loose weight? Better eat everything and enjoy :smile: .

But after looking at self photos :sad: . Ohhhh!!!.:mad:

Why I cannot do? Why I cannot loose just 20 pounds also.? :explode:

From tomorrow I m starting 1200 calories plan with at least 30 min walking 5 days in week.

Lets see what happen.
