Keeping on track during summer months

I'm having a really hard time sticking to my healthy eating and workout schedule now that the weather is beautiful. I'm still eating healthy, but partaking in some unhealthy snacks... mostly chips (they're my weakness!). I'm also indulging in a glass or two of wine some days during the week, which I never did before. Granted, it was just Canada Day, which is cause for celebration! I did manage to get a workout in on Canada Day, but before that it was Saturday, and I didn't do one yesterday just because I was really tired and it was soooo hot outside!
I've been setting my alarm for 6 a.m. to get my workout in before work, since the days have been sunny and hot and I don't want to do it after work... but I keep hitting snooze because I'm just too tired to get up! Does anyone else have this problem? And what do you do about it?
I know, it doesn't sound like too much of a big deal to enjoy a handful of chips occasionally and miss a day or two of working out, but I've lost almost 20 pounds and it took a lot of effort and hard work to get it off, and I still have 40 pounds to lose!
