I am new at this. I have tried to do this on my own and it has not worked. I use to be very disciplined, but with a family it is much harder. Any words of inspiration are welcomed!

It's really an amazing tool to track your food and exercise. This is the first time I have been able to loose weight. I've been using this site for 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounts so far, already 25% towards my goal! Feel free to add my as a friend.0
