I love oatmeal. However, warm oatmeal in the summer is not appealing. I recently discovered this great recipe and after trying thought I should pass it on. It's simple, quick and you make it the night before and it stores for up to 3 days. I haven't tried adding the yogurt, but this has become my new breakfast of choice. You can remove the chia seeds if you have an aversion to them. I really like them and they give the overall recipe a great texture. (My Version of the Recipe) I'm currently filling the jar about 1/2 way with oats and then add the 2tbls of chia seeds and then top it off with the almond milk vanilla. You can use any type of milk. You will need about 1.5 times liquid to oatmeal ratio. If you try it and its too thick just add a bit more milk and off you go!
