Hi Everyone, My name's Chris and I'm just getting into the fitness thing to lose weight after just reaching 150kg and deciding enough's enough. Just got a FitBit and joined here too so I can be honest about food / drink / exercise and see what I'm doing. It's early days yet, and overcoming the "I don't really want to do this" is my biggest issue. I ought to mention that I'm a Hypnotherapist too and wish I could just click my fingers and sort myself out - unfortunately it doesn't quite work that way!!!
