Hi all!
I am 5 ft 3.7 inch and weight 10 st 4 lbs, and would like to start lifting weights.
I would ideally like to get to 9 st 10lbs and be very toned (e.g visible stomach muscles but not a defined six pack) but not overly muscular.
I was just wondering;
1. How much should I be lifting for my weight and how many reps of that?
2. What are the best weight lifting techniques to encourage fat loss?
3. how much protein should I be eating?
Thanks!
