I am new here. I need to loose about thirty pounds to be in a healthy weight. I've always been a little overweight as a kid, but in the last year i have gained a lot because of stress and not doing any High School sports (while eating the same amount of food that i would have during the season). I've been trying to loose weight and I am pretty good about eating right in the morning and during the day, but after dinner I usually have cravings for unhealthy thing. I try not to eat after dinner but i give in to my craving more than i should. Thats why i have trouble loosing weight.
