Anyone have Pulse 02 or Fitbit Flex?

Looking for a users review, if someone lifts and uses it would be even better!! I like the look of the Pulse O2 but think it would fall out over time from the little slide in wrist watch part.

Currently using a Ironman triathlon and I never wear the chest strap to get accurate reads anymore (pretty much serves as a watch now)
