I just made a bean dip! kinda faux hummus
Kinda fake hummus
I used a can of garbanzos and butter beans
2 tbsp olive oil
a squirt of lemon and lime juice
about a tbsp and a half of diced garlic
a nice handful of fresh sage
about a half handful of fresh basil
and about 3/4 of a tbsp of wet jerk seasoning.
it made about 500mls of dip and that comes out to 5 calories per half-teaspoonful...which i figure is a normal amount to dip
i was looking for something yummy for a friend who is having some heart issues... gonna serve with veggies for him and a few chips..
