I was just wondering if anyone has/does take glycine for it's intended use, in helping regulate the blood sugar?
I know there is no magic pill that will make weight melt off, only eating right and exercise can do that.
i have PCOS and an underlying symptom of that is insulin resistance. i already try to eat low sugar/low carb for this reason but was wondering if glycine helps even more?
