Anyone see progress?

I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing this right... I'm not seeing any change on the scales... I float around the 240-250 area for the last three weeks, been working out Monday-Friday, lifting weights M,W,F and cardio on Tues, Thurs, and sometimes Saturday. Let me know what you think, the one on the left is current, the right is three weeks ago.

You definately can see a difference! I'm having the same issue. My scale is VERY slowly going down but my cloths feel looser and I'm now doing measurements once a month. I have my second measurement at the end of this month and I'm tracking them here. Try doing that instead of stressing over the pounds? I looks like you are toning so keep up the good work!0
