Weirdly disappointed

Today I did w5d3 of c25k which is the dreaded 20 minutes with no breaks. I slowed my pace down (I'm not that fast to begin with) because I'd rather finish slowly than not finish at all...or maybe not. I think I slowed my pace down too much because it was pretty easy. Yesterday I struggled hard to finish the second 8 minute segment and today I felt like I could keep going beyond the 20 minutes. I almost feel like it shouldn't count, like it should have been harder. Is it weird that I'm disappointed, and that I kind of want to try it again tomorrow a little faster?

I did the C25k a few years ago and then did it again earlier this year. That feeling of "wow, I could have kept running" when you do the first 20 minute run is pretty normal. When you do the next run, which will be back to run/walk intervals, it is hard because you think "I just want to run!" But don't worry about your time at this point. Just be happy that you were able to do it.

Since you ran yesterday and then again today, I would not run tomorrow. That's a bit much for a beginner runner.

I had some knee issues when I first started from overdoing it so I won't actually redo it tomorrow, I just want to lol.
