I just got it in the mail today - I just "viewed" part of the first DVD - toning, I think - it is still in the DVD player. I hope to
be able to start it tonight or tomorrow. It looks like a good workout - haven't looked at the others yet.

It's a fantastic program. Truly try to lift as heavy as you can within the given reps. Don't be afraid to lift heavier than you think women should...you lift heavy, eat properly, you WILL get results without getting bulky.0

I have finished CLX. Very good program!!!! Follow it through and definitely listen to what Chalene is telling you. You'll have great results. I am doing Turbo Fire right now and will be doing the TF/CLX hybrid when I finish.0

I loved CLX and completed it but decided I needed to find a more cardio-oriented program to lose weight. Enter Turbo Fire...15 lbs gone to date and I am in the last month of that program. Once that's done I plan to start a TF/CLX hybrid to build muscle since a lot of the fat is now gone! Chalene is amazing...I would buy anything she puts out on the market.

Ditto! I didn't see alot of weight come off...a few inches...but I definitely felt much, much stronger after finishing the program. I too am currently doing the TF workouts to lose more weight and then plan on doing the hybrid once I'm finished. Good luck to you!0 -
