With my kettlebell!
Since I joined MFP back in Feb I've just been doing cardio to try smash a bit of fat off so I was a bit more comfortable to be able to incorporate other activities into my workout plan.

So I can now say that 'I lift heavy things & put them down'. Haha :happy:
Doing my kettlebell workouts makes me feel good as well. I guess you could say, I feel really pretty pumped afterwards. I wasn't getting that sensation with cardio so its a nice feeling.

Still keeping up with the cardio but adding the weights as well now.

Come at me weight loss!!!
