If you look into my previous food diary, I didn't do so good. I felt terribly guilty these passed two days. Today I was determined to stay on track. I have Dinner as my last meal of the day in about 3hrs. I'm hoping I will still maintain my willpower. I am also trying to quit smoking while on my journey for weight loss. I have smokes 4 sticks today, which is better than my 6 sticks yesterday, and my 1 pack the day before. Let me see if I can do 2 or no sticks tomorrow. Motivation please!?

You can not run on willpower alone. Be kind to yourself and don't starve yourself. A reasonable deficit that you are able to sustain over time, will make you lose weight. This isn't a competition to eat as little as possible. If you get hungry, you will eat, and eat more to make up for eating too little.

Food is just food, nothing to feel guilty about.
It helps too notice what effect it is, do you get energy from the food or feel a bit sluggish later?
If you feel good, eat it more. If you feel sluggish but like the taste, eat in moderation.
