Hi my name is Shannon. I live in San Diego with my son and I need to lose over 100lbs. I have tried doing this on my own a few times only to fail. I see now that a support system would help greatly. I don't do fad diets. I just eat healthy and portion my food. Right now I am walking about 30 minutes a day and stretch at the end of the day. So if you are looking for a friend or someone to lean on I can be that person. I hope to meet you soon. :flowerforyou:
