Looking for some ladies to join me in doing PiYo

Hey ladies! I am hoping to start PiYo in a week or 2 and add it in addition to my current Body Beast program. I am NOT a lover of yoga, although I have enjoyed pilates in the past. I had a back injury in February 2013 and I have struggled with extreme tightness and limited flexibility in my spine ever since. I tried yoga alone, and even though I couldn't stand it, it helped tremendously. If you are interested in joining the group, please message me or friend request me. Thanks!!!

    I have done Pilates in the past to help with back injuries and other tightnesses. Are your plans for the group to be a DIY and check in for encouragement? Or, do you have a program or online videos to follow for help? t has been a while for me. Although, I am sure I can find something on youtube.
