    I find myself critiquing (how silly) the fad diets I see advertised. I mean, here I am in a gym, peddling / striding on the elliptical and Marie Osmond comes on or something... and my thought is, "Gee, I just pay attention to what I eat and then exercise."

    i do it too!!!!! i was watching Diners, Drive Ins and Dives on the Food Network and i kept cringing at everything he ate. all i could think was how bad that had to be for you.
