New to fitnesspal

Hi everyone i am new to the site, and hope fitnesspal family will give me some good pointer and encourgement with my weight loss journey. I exercise all the time but the weight just want drop, I am sure it's my diet, so i need eveyone help and suggestion have tried weight watchers no success. Thks in advance for your help and support, Beverly

    welcome, i just joined a couple days ago and i think this will be a great tool in losing weight. there are alot of folks on here losing weight so i think they will be helpful

    MFP has really helped me in the month that I've been on the site. People are super helpful and if you take the time to browse the message boards, you can learn so much. I didn't even know what a Heart Rate Monitor was before I joined!
    It's a good tool to keep your brain on track with the diet and exercise!
