first of o know where and what happened, just wanted to hold myself accountable for it. Tuesday, I weighed 202 when i left the gym, heading to my dad's. had burger king for lunch, ugh. processed dinner. Wednesday was awful, Thursday, ate Mc Donalds, double ugh. On top of all this I was comsumming diet soda instead of water. Even the meals that was cooked, i know had too much salt. I didnt go to the gym again til Sat; my membership is gobal so had no excuse really. although i made them. really disappointed with myself. Picking up and starting again; instead of sayn F it. Which in the past i would of.

The good thing is you didn't give up, it doesn't hurt to have a bad day or meal once a week or a month, it keeps your metabolism guessing, I know a 3lb gain is not what you want to see but if you get straight back into your exercising and great eating that 3lbs will be long gone, good luck and never give up your worth it0

I'm sure we'll all keep having a bad day or days, but we can't let it from time to time.

Well done... but can i just point out a few things???
1 pound = 3,500 calories :ohwell:
3,500 calories x 3 = 10,500 calories
3 pounds = 10,500 calories :noway:
If you didnt eat 10,500 calories OVER your limit then i doubt very much that you have "Gained 3 lbs" of fat... :flowerforyou: So dont stress about it too much.
First of all dont weigh yourself AFTER a workout... as the figure will not be right due to water consumption etc....
Cut out the variables: Always try to weigh yourself at the same time in the morning after you have been to the bathroom and in your birthday suit... this takes away many variables although your body will still fluctuate.
Also remember that high sodium foods will make you retain water... so drink lots of water...
Now... take a big deep breath and climb your butt back onto the wagon again!! You will be fine and just know that 3-4 bad days wont undo all your hard work!:drinker:0 -
Great attitude. You can do this.0
