No longer "obese"

I just did a weigh in and decided to check my BMI. Happy day....I am officially in the "overweight" category - no longer in the obese category. (Just barely, but that counts!!) Wow...what a special feeling.

    congrats! Keep up the good work, I am three months in and for the first time look forward to going back to my doctor, who gives me the lecture every visit. She has a BMI machine that digitally measures all that stuff, I look forward to hopefully seeing good results. Anyway, keep going!!!!!
